What is meant by Customized Training Solutions?
Every company has its own unique culture, business practices and training needs. In addition, every individual employee has a specific learning style and professional development needs. BCG believes that applying a "one size fits all" methodology to corporate training is ineffective. In contrast, BCG custom tailors its training efforts to best serve your business needs, corporate culture and the learning needs and styles of your employees.
Prior to offering any training services, BCG will assess these factors and will make a recommendation about what type of training program would be most responsive to them. BCG then creates training materials tailored to the specific needs of your staff. Oftentimes several groups within the same company will participate in different training programs because our pre-evaluation has indicated that different departments have different needs. At bottom, we believe our training should be made to conform to the client -- not the other way around.

Do you create materials for new initiatives and products?
Absolutely. In addition to our expertise in creating and implementing a customized training curricula, BCG has vast experience in the design and creation of training presentations, training manuals, and educational slicks. We have worked with companies in a variety of industries to create training materials for a new software applications, products, or corporate initiatives that they are rolling-out internally to their employees or externally to their customers. BCG maintains materials development personnel on staff whose educational background and professional experience has been focused on the design and creation of creative, dynamic and, most importantly, effective training aids.

Do you have off-the-shelf training materials and programs?
Yes. In addition to our unique ability to create and implement a training program customized to meet a specific need, BCG also maintains a catalogue of "stock" training programs and materials. Whether your sales staff needs further development or your company requires comprehensive diversity training, BCG has a number of off-the-shelf trainings that can meet these needs in a cost-efficient and substantively effective manner.

No. All you need is the desire for exceptional training services. BCG will meet with your management team to assess your training needs, and to custom-tailor a curricula and training program designed to meet those needs. Where does BCG train?
Our goal is to provide exceptional training services when and where you need them. BCG trains at whatever site is most beneficial to the client. We can offer on-site training at your premises, at the premises of one of your clients, customers or business partners, or at any third party location. We can also conduct the training at BCG’s Learning and Professional Development Center, located in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
So whether you would like to receive training services in your offices or at your annual sales convention, BCG tailors its efforts to meet your needs.

How large are the training sessions?
BCG provides training on an individual basis and to groups ranging in number between two and five hundred. Depending on the subject matter of the material to be delivered, the substantive depth of that material, and the level of need for class participation and interaction, BCG can design a training to best meet the audience's needs. Accordingly, irrespective of whether you are seeking individual tutorials or broad-based trainings, BCG is well positioned to meet your needs.

Geographically, where can you train?
BCG trainers have trained clients throughout the United States and overseas. We travel internationally for our contract with the Deparment of State so are familiar with the unique circustances involved with this type of training.

We have employees that have very different job responsibilities and training needs. Can training be customized by department?
We approach each training engagement by conducting an in depth profile of our customers to determine their specific needs and then designing courseware to specifically meet those needs. We have repeatedly validated the significant return on investment this approach generates.

We are interested in eLearning, what types of interactivity do you support?
If you can imagine it, we can almost certainly help you realize it. Our priority is to customize our trainings, in both substance and delivery to your unique needs. Our eLearning is SCORM compliant. If required, we can also ensure 508(a) compliance as well.
