Step 4 : Ensuring Knowledge Transfer

In order to ensure that program objectives and knowledge transfer goals have been met, BCG will provide additional services to supplement its core training efforts. These services would include review classes, individualized follow-up consultations, post-training "practical use" assessments, and post-training testing to ensure participants have learned the material.

BCG incorporates Kirkpatrick's 4 levels of evaluation and measures student reaction, learning, transfer and results.
