BCG worked with the company's marketing personnel to design a comprehensive sales training for a large sales staff. This training included, phone etiquette, writing professional e-mails, sales negotiations, deal closing techniques, and new product training. This effort was designed with the dual purpose of increasing sales and enhancing customer service ratings.
